From one program to every program
Anchor began as a friendly check-in that helps job coaches stay close to the people they support. We are opening it up: any team, any program, on the apps people already use every day.
70 seconds, no sound needed. The full walkthrough is further down the page.
Big groups, small teams.
A retention team with a thousand participants. An advisor with three hundred students. A community lead with five thousand members. Everyone in those groups deserves a real conversation now and then, and no team has the hours to hold them all. Anchor holds the conversations, and hands your team the moments that need a person.
Your program, your words
Tell Anchor who you support and what to ask about. It runs check-ins that fit your program, whether that is keeping new hires settled, students on track, or a community coming back.
Your signals
You choose what matters: someone gone quiet, a big change coming, a request to talk. Anchor listens for those moments and brings them to your team, so a person steps in at the right time.
Their favorite app
Check-ins arrive as a normal message, starting with Telegram and Slack, with text messages on the way. No new app to install, no password to remember, nothing to keep up with.
Set up in an afternoon.
For your team
- 1Describe your program in plain words.
- 2Choose what the conversations should cover.
- 3Pick the signals you want to hear about, and what happens for each.
- 4Invite your people.
For your people
- 1Open the invite and pick the app where Anchor should say hi.
- 2Reply when a check-in arrives. That is the whole job.
Prefer a plain web chat instead? That works too.
Watch the complete walkthrough.
Two minutes and twenty-two seconds, end to end: a team sets up their program, invites a participant, and the first check-ins arrive as ordinary messages.
Written transcript (all on-screen text)
The film opens on the Anchor mark: "The conversation that happens earlier." Today, Anchor serves one program: a web chat asks "Are you working right now, or looking for work?", with three labels reading one domain, one channel, one fixed question set.
"Keep the conversation. Change the context." Six program cards show a sample question each: employment retention, student retention, new-hire onboarding, care follow-through, volunteer programs, and member communities. Then "Your team defines what to listen for": six signal cards such as Gone quiet (12 days without a word) and Asked for a call, each tagged with its program. "Anchor listens. Your people reach out."
A team member sets up a program in four steps: describes "Westbrook Works" in three plain fields, chooses the opening check and three conversation goals, switches on three signals with the action each should take, and invites Maya Torres. A note reads "Maya chooses where Anchor reaches her."
Maya opens the invite, sees "Where should Anchor reach you?", and taps WhatsApp from four options. "Done. Anchor will say hi on WhatsApp." A phone notification arrives: "Anchor: Hi Maya, checking in for Dana. Got a minute?" The conversation plays out as an ordinary chat, and further scenes show the same check-in living in Slack, Telegram, and Discord for other programs.
The film closes on a field of dots gathering around the mark: "A small team, close to thousands. Nobody drifts alone. Stay grounded. Grow forward. From one program to every program. A Guideway Labs Product."

We are working with early programs now. Tell us about your people, and we will show you what a check-in would look like for them.
